Domestic Shipping

Once your purchase is processed, please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and packing, your order is important to us, this assures that your order is packed with care and accuracy.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your proximity to our west coast warehouse. 

Please plan your orders with the above in mind so that we can help you best serve your client needs.

We ship orders Monday-Friday.

Lost Orders

Glazed Sunless is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your order and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. We can however create a case with the carrier. Any lost or stollen mail should be reported to the shipping carrier.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation, your shipping provider will have the most current information regarding your package.

Shipping Policy

Glazed Sunless processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Please check your email for shipping notifications and tracking information.

After your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays on delivery.

Returns/Refunds

We accept unopened bottles of Glazed Sunless for returns and only allow returns within 7 days of receiving. You must ship to return address on label and provide tracking number by email in order to receive a refund on your product, glazedsunlesscs@gmail.com. If you have questions or need trouble shooting help with your product- please email us, it is our job to support you and provide any troubleshooting.
